On (Anio et moi même) a reçu l'invitation pour le LUGBulk 2014. Celui de l'année dernière s'étant soldé par un échec car nous n'avions pas "créé" d'expositions, nous nous sommes posés la question de conduire l'opération cette année.
En effet, nous pouvons participer, Techlug répondant aux critères d'engagement :
- Participer à au moins 4 expositions au cours de l'année
- Avoir minimum 20 personnes qui participent au LUG
- Exister depuis au moins 1 an
- Avoir un site officiel et une page de description des activités
Les règles ont changé par rapport aux années précédentes :
- le nombre minimum de participants est imposé (20)
- une commande de maximum 1600 DKK (~215€) par personne
- une commande minimum de 25000 DKK (~3350€) pour le LUG.
Il est bien évidemment interdit de commander des pièces pour les autres membres ou pour la revente.
La fiche info a été renvoyée complétée par mes soins, mais nous validerons la participation une fois que nous aurons au minimum 20 membres.
J'attends donc vos participations, par réponse ici (ou par MP pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'accès à la section AV, le cas de votre participation sera étudié par la modération).

Règlement
Element rules:
- The maximum amount of different elements per order is 85.
=> 85 références différentes maximum
- The minimum order qty. per element is 50 pcs. and increase in 50 pcs. steps.
=> minimum de 50 pièces par référence et incrément de 50
- The order qty. of base plates and elements that cost more than 10 DKK/piece excl. VAT are in qty. of 1 pcs. and increase in 1 pcs. steps.
=> les pièces qui coutent plus de 10 DKK / unité n'ont pas de minimum de commande
- Please note that only elements in the online LEGO LUGBULK order program list can be ordered.
=> seuls les pièces au catalogure du Bulk peuvent être commandées
- The maximum order amount pr. member is 1600 DKK excl. VAT. This amount is personal and cannot be given to another LEGO LUGBULK participant.
=> commande maximum de 1 600 DKK par personne (sans TVA)
- Note that all prices are excluding VAT and shipping fee.

- Minimum order amount per LUG 25.000 DKK excl. VAT and shipping.

- We will order the LEGO Element ID you pick in the online LEGO LUGBULK order program and it is your responsibility to pick the right one from the order list, post order placement edits or changes are not possible.

- LEGO LUGBULK is a bulk order program and due to the complexity of the packing process the participating LUGs are to expect a +/- 2% deviation in the amount of ordered and delivered elements. Any deviation larger than that is to be reported to the LEGO LUGBULK Team who will then request the missing elements to be delivered as soon as possible.
=> il peut y avoir +/- 2% de différence de nombre pièces par rapport à la commande, si la différence est trop importante il faut le signaler et le manque sera comblé au plus vite.
Shipping rules:
- The goal is to have shipped and finished all orders before September 30th 2014.
=> Le but est que tout le monde ait ses pièces au 30 septembre 2014
- Shipping is 6% of total order plus VAT (where applicable) inside the European Union.
=> Les frais d'envoi représentent 6% de total de la commande en UE
- Shipping is 12% of total order plus VAT (where applicable) outside the European Union.
=> Les frais d'envoi représentent 12% de total de la commande hors UE
- If your LUG orders for more than 150.000 DKK excl VAT and shipping fee, you can apply to have your shipment split to a maximum of 4 individual deliveries. Each delivery adds a +2% shipping fee in EU (European Union) / +4% shipping fee ROW (Rest of World). The split needs to be done before placing your order.
=> Si la commande dépasse 150 000 DKK l'envoi peut être divisé en 4 (chaque envoi supplémentaire coute 2% des frais en UE et 4% des frais hors UE.
- The shipping fee covers the transportation cost from Billund to recipient’s door and any duty and import fees in connection to the shipment (not VAT).
=> les frais incluent le transport depuis billund jusqu'à la porte de l'intermédiaire
- It is solely your responsibility to know and fulfill any local rules on importing LEGO LUGBULK orders.
=> Il va de votre responsabilité de connaitre les règles à propos de l'import de LUGBulk
- We do not part out orders or in any other way “help” to slip through “loopholes”.
Nous ne prenons pas part dans les envois de ceux qui tenteraient de passer par des failles du système
- Shipping will always be delivered to the delivery address stated on the Master Data Sheet and the goods cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

Payment rules:
- After the LUGBULK orders has been placed and approved by the element warehouse, the invoice will be written and send out for pre delivery payment. Note that this invoice will have to be paid before delivery of the order can take place. Failure to pay in due time will result in order being cancelled.
=> Après validation de la commande une demande de paiement sera envoyée. Ne pas payer dans les délais annule la commande.
- Payment terms are 30 days after Invoice Date by international bank transfer and in DKK/EUR/USD.
=> Le paiement doit se faire dans les 30 jours après la demande par virement bancaire international en DKK / EUR / USD
- The national process, rules and cost when doing an international bank transfer is the LUG’s responsibility to know and cover.
=> Les conditions de virement international doivent être connues et assumées par le LUG
- The total amount will be made up in DKK and on the invoice date converted to the requested currency (EUR/USD).
=> Le montant total sera donné en DKK et sera converti en EUR / USD à la date de paiement.
Other important rules:
- It is prohibited to resell the through LEGO LUGBULK bought elements.
=> Il est interdit de revendre les pièces achetées via le LUGBulk
- It is prohibited to share the details of the LEGO LUGBULK Program including prices and elements available with anyone beside the LEGO LUGBULK participating members of your LUG.
=> Il est interdit de partager les détails du programme du Bulk tels que les prix et pièces disponibles avec les non-participants
- It is prohibited to sign up more members than actually participate in the LEGO LUGBULK Program. AFOLs can only place an order in one LUG and not in several LUGs even if they are member of more than one LUG, if you participate in the LEGO LUGBULK Program through more than one LUG, you’ll be excluded from participation in the LEGO LUGBULK Program entirely.
=>Il est interdit d'inscrire plus de membres au bulk qu'il n'y en a dans le LUG, chacun ne doit passer qu'une seule commande dans un seul LUG. La fraude sera punie d'une exclusion totale et définitive du programme.
- Only one defined member of each LUG can place the order and this will be our contact person. It is possible to get the order shipped to another address, please define that clearly in the Master Data Sheet

- You need to place your final order before February 1st 2014
=> La commande doit être finalisée pour le 1er Février 2014
- The LEGO LUGBULK contact person will have three weeks after the shipment has arrived to report any errors in connection to the order at [email protected], otherwise we assume that you are satisfied with your order and no further complaints can be accepted at that point.
=> L'intermédiaire a 3 semaines après la réception pour porter réclamation.
Failure to comply with the rules of the LEGO LUGBULK program will result in exclusion of the LUG from the LEGO LUGBULK program without any prior warning.
=>Le non respect des règles entrainera l'exclusion du LUG pour le LUGBulk sans avertissement.
Vous avez jusqu'au 10 Décembre pour vous manifester, sans quoi l'opération sera, à mon grand regret, annulée cette année.
